With a title like “Realms of Horror” you might think that this is some kind of Ravenloft compilation, but looking at the author’s names you realise that this is a different kind of Horror, the sheer survival horror of having to go through these 4 meat grinder adventures as a single campaign. 

This volume includes S1-4, some of the earliest adventures for competitive play which as is typical of that format aim to separate the grown-ups from the children, those with the grit to survive from the flashes in the pan. This set brings together Tomb of Horrors, White Plume Mountain, Expedition to the Barrier Peaks and The Lost Caverns of Tsojcanth, four truly classic modules.

Now reworked to be a single campaign, this is definitely only recommended from experienced players who are not afraid of having to reroll characters pretty often as unforgiving scenario follows unforgiving scenario. A true test of endurance which would also be really fun to play through with the right DM and party.
