With a fun animation/manga inspired cover by Gary M. Williams we get yet another issue of the RPGA Network zine which as usual features a mini-module, this time the conclusion to the Maiden of Pain series, as well as a small number of interesting articles.

Articles in this issue include an article on Clerics as well as an update on the ongoing Living City project (a setting aimed at competitive play) and a pretty good article on the importance of building three-dimensional cultures for “monsters” instead of making do with stereotypes and paper-thin depictions of complex societies. We get examples of cultures for Wild Elves and Hobgoblins, encouraging DMs to create their own deep lore for creatures in their games.

Lastly, as usual, we get Classified Ads, Convention Announcements and a list of winners of the several RPGA events that have been going on.
