So… another book which I didn’t get to read but have read reports on it (by Demian over at Gamebooks.org) and it apparently is one of the stand out of the 1 on 1 series. While most of these books were seen as being pretty lacklustre, this one, based on the Oriental Adventures AD&D setting, seems to make more use of the particular one on one mechanics. Apparently there is much more actual roleplay to be done between the characters and with in-game NPCs, which surely makes for a more fun experience.

I might get my hands on it some day, and if I do I’ll update this entry with more info. Until then!
