New month, new Dragon magazine, this time with another pretty cool Denis Beauvais cover, inside there is some interesting stuff, but the big news is the upcoming new magazine from TSR, Dungeon Magazine, which will be coming out soon! Roger Moore is leaving Dragon to become editor for Dungeon, so he uses his last article (for a while at least) to announce the new magazine and give instructions for any readers who might want to contribute to it.

Even if Dungeon Magazine is just around the corner, and 100% dedicated to publishing adventure modules, this doesn’t mean that Dragon isn’t publishing some as well, and Death of an Arch-Mage is this month’s adventure, a murder mystery D&D module, you can tune in tomorrow for a closer look at it!

Other cool entries include one which is dedicated to magical focus items, items which you can imbue with a spell, making that spell ready without the need to memorize it (much in the way Wands work) and a fun article on Microscopic Monsters, a kind of microscopic Monster Manual with bacteria, viruses and so forth with stat blocks and everything!
