One more issue of the RPGA newsletter, this time with a cover highlighting the Marvel Superheroes TTRPG. Of course, on the inside, the majority of the content is, as usual, centred around (A)D&D, with particular focus on the competitive side of the hobby.

In this issue the centrepiece is The Needle Part 2, the second part of a competitive adventure by Frank Mentzer, but we also have a bunch of unofficial Magic-User spells and the usual column on rules questions, game reviews and so on.

On the competitive side of the hobby, other than the module, we also get the Judge and Player standings in which Gygax tops both lists as the only Level 10 judge and the only Level 8 Player in the whole roster (in fact there are no players of level 5 to 7, only Gygax at 8 and then people at level 4). There is also an interesting article shedding light on how to Judge an RPGA TTRPG competition if you were ever interested in that side of the hobby.
