The last double digit Dragon magazine is clearly saving its best content for next month’s #100, and as such is a bit of a so-so issue. Nothing terrible, but a bit of a mediocre cover for the standard that Dragon has gotten us used to, and no really stellar content.

This issue doesn’t even come with a mini-module, instead giving us the second part of the Treasure Trove article which started in the last issue, this time focusing on Swords, intelligent blades and so forth. Another article about magical items gives us 17 new treasures, none of them of particular note, unless you have your mind in the gutter and think “Hammer of Penetration” is a funny name, I wouldn’t know why. 

Other than this we have an article on the neutral alignment, and the usual features and comics as always. Looking forward to next month’s #100 spectacular, however!
