Another issue of the TSR UK house publication, this isn’t as impressive as some of the previous issues, seeming a bit like a place filler more than anything. Last month’s promise of starting a new collaboration with British authors for content (as that issue did with Michael Moorcock) seems to have been put aside, for the moment at least.

However, there is still plenty of stuff to dig into. Imagine has always been pretty good at producing adventure content as this issue is no exception to that rule. Here we get a “Brief Encounter” about a meeting with a ghost, which is, as usual, depicted in the cover of the magazine. Preceding and complimentary to this we also get an article about ghosts by Chris Barlow.

Another section fleshes the world of Pelinore out further, by giving us a nice map of the world as well as information on street gangs, the constant information on Pelinore is helping to make it a pretty good campaign setting by this point. Lastly there is also a more substantial adventure module bundled with the magazine, Shedu’s Hall, billed as a gothic adventure for D&D. As always there are good sections covering new fantasy films and books as well as adventure modules for TSR games.
