Another issue of the RPGA newsletter and we get another installment of Jake Jaquet’s long interview, the third and final part of this and in this section he mainly discusses Dragon magazine and his ideas about AD&D and D&D as well as which he enjoys the most. 

The always interesting Spelling Bee column covers Phantasmal Forces and other illusions of the kind, how the spells work and how the DM should and should not use them. Finally there’s also an interesting article for tournament newbies and what to do and expect from a First Tournament. 

And that’s it, a pretty short issue with the usual sixteen pages, we’ll get more in a couple of months.
